Refund Policy

Single sessions

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at the therapist's discretion.

Packages

Unused sessions in a package are refundable for 14 days after purchase. After that, unused sessions remain valid for 12 months.

Insurance reimbursement

Sanctum does not bill insurance directly. Each session generates a superbill you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage depends on your specific plan.
